Sales and services are provided only if you agree to all our latest standard Terms and Conditions. By purchasing anything from Plus One online you indicate your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions including our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer Policy. “You” means the actual purchaser whether an individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, association, or any combination thereof.
Shipping Policy PlusOne will ship your order to any street address in the U.S.A. served by UPS. No P.O. Box addresses please. All shipments are by UPS shipping service and will be charged to customer at the time of purchase. We have provided the following UPS shipping options:
In-stock items will usually ship in just one or two days, and you can expect delivery of your order in approximately two to four business days after shipment. You can expect delivery of special order items in one to two weeks depending on availability. In some cases we can have the manufacturer drop ship directly to your shipping address. We will notify you by phone and email when your order is shipping. Your credit card will be charged in advance of shipment to you for special items or products that are not in-stock and need to be ordered in. RISK OF LOSS Title to goods purchased and the risk of loss by the carrier pass to you upon Plus One’s delivery to the carrier. We strongly recommend you purchase UPS insurance to cover your purchase. Plus One is not responsible for lost or damaged frieght.

When you purchase any product from us you are entitled to its original manufacturer’s warranty against defective merchandise. All merchandise purchased from this site is inspected by Plus One or the manufacturer prior to delivery.
Plus One believes that electronic privacy is crucial to the ongoing success of the Internet as a dependable business medium. To ensure security and trust with our customers our policy is to keep all personal information we receive from our site completely confidential, and used solely for internal purposes. Although we do offer many items from the original manufacturers, the automotive names of makes and models are used for descriptive reference purposes only and do not imply that they were or were not manufactured by the corporation whose vehicles they fit. There are no guarantees on products used in high performance applications, exposed to extreme or unusual conditions, abused, or used in applications for which they were not produced. We will not be responsible for any order that was not first checked by one of our trained sales staff. Regardless of users experience with these types of enhancement parts, we recommend calling or e-mailing to acheive correct fitment.
Products offered here are subject to refund or replacement only, at our discretion, and do not include any reimbursement for any labor losses, loss of time, or any other losses over and above the price of the object. All refunds must be requested within thirty day of receiving the item and require a "Return Authorization Number" in advance of the return. This is to be applied to the outside of package, and shipped prepaid to us or they will be refused.

PlusOne attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, PlusOne does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by PlusOne itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
APPLICABLE LAW
Plus One is located in Portland, Oregon and is only willing to do business with you if you agree that the laws of the state of Oregon, without regard to conflict of laws principles, will govern your use of this site and any disputes that arise between you and Plus One.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We will attempt to resolve all disputes arising out of this Agreement in a spirit of cooperation without formal proceedings. Any dispute which cannot be so resolved (other than the collection of money due on unpaid invoices and other than injunctive relief) will be subject to arbitration upon written demand of either party. Arbitration will take place in Portland, Oregon before a single arbitrator. You and any witnesses may appear by telephone with the approval of the arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court having jurisdiction.
